Automatic Bag Openers
The ProductSaver Bag Opener automatically opens and separates products from all types of bag materials.
The ProductSaver systems open bags quickly, efficiently, and safely. Rates of up to 20 bags per minute can be achieved. Rotary blades within the system assure a clean cut. The design also allows the running of multiple size or configuration of bags without changeover or adjustments. Our rotary drum recovers all the product from the bag. Operators no longer handle razor knives and all ergonomic issues with bag handling are eliminated. Equipment can be manufactured of carbon or stainless steel. Product Saver offers complete systems with conveyors, dust collection, and electrical controls.
